Leo Johnson is the former president and CEO of Johnson Tractor — a Case IH dealer with 11 locations in Illinois and Wisconsin. The dealer-turned-farmer shared the first year of his strip-till journey at the 2024 National Strip-Tillage Conference. After his 44 years with Johnson Tractor, Johnson retired and has transitioned from Dealer Principal to Advisor and Consultant for Machinery Advisors Consortium.
