Brady Lichtenberg
Conservation Programs Manager, Missouri Soybean Association ; Missouri State Technical Advisor, Farmers for Soil Health
Brady Lichtenberg is Missouri Soybeans's conservation programs manager and the Farmers for Soil Health State Technical Advisor for Missouri. Brady grew up in Montgomery City, Missouri, spending as much time as possible outside hunting, fishing and playing sports. He graduated in 2016 from the University of Missouri, Columbia, with a bachelor’s degree in fisheries and wildlife sciences. After graduating, he spent 10 years with the Missouri Department of Conservation, holding several positions and gaining experience managing natural resources on public land. He spent most of his time as a wildlife biologist focused on wetland habitat management. Still, he also had opportunities to manage and restore woodland, glade, and grassland natural communities. With Missouri Soybeans, Brady works with soybean farmers on conservation programs and executes conservation practices and research at Missouri Soybeans’ Farm for Soy Innovation.

Rob Myers
Director,
Center for Regenerative Agriculture at the University of Missouri ; Regional Director of Extension Programs, NCR-SARE
Dr. Rob Myers is the director of the Center for Regenerative Agriculture at the University of Missouri and a Plant Science and Technology Division professor. His professional expertise encompasses regenerative agriculture, cover crops and soil health, and cropping system diversification. He has a Ph.D. in agronomy from the University of Minnesota and grew up on a grain farm in central Illinois that he still helps manage. He has authored or co-authored more than 140 publications, many of them on cover crops, including the recent book “Cover Crops: Improving Life on the Land.”

John Jansen
Senior Vice President of Marketing, United Soybean Board
In his role as senior vice president of marketing, John works to place soybean products to end users covering food, industrial, and fuel. The key is locating the most profitable opportunities to generate the best possible returns for U.S. soybean farmers.
John joined USB with 30 years of experience in product management and commercial sales with Bunge North America. That prior experience provided John with a detailed understanding of segments, sizes, and needs for food and non-food products, which serves him well in his role at USB. John believes the opportunity to work for key farmer-leaders throughout the country and help feed the world through the advancement of soybean products is a worthwhile endeavor.
