The three-blade design with rolling basket tills a 10" wide strip, mixing the upper soil profile 1½" to 4" deep. This is ideal for facilitating spring soil warm-up and leads to a drier and more consistent seedbed to plant into.
Yetter 2984 Strip Fresheners also create fall strips. The Strip Freshener CC model adds the ability to control the units from your tractor cab.
Both the original and cab control models offer options for liquid or dry fertilizer placement and accept row cleaner attachments.
